Do I need to install another broadband connection?

In most cases your existing internet connection should be sufficient.

How do I know if my broadband connection is fast enough?

A single call is 17Kbits (x4 = 68kbits per second) which on a 256K upload equals only 25% of usage at peak times.

What happens if my broadband connection goes down?

We offer a back-up process, whereby your calls will automatically be diverted to telephone numbers of your choice, either land line or mobile.
