What is SIP?

SIP is the latest technology allowing voice calls to be made over the internet. HBT Communications uses SIP to provide low cost ISDN replacement lines, providing the best possible call quality inexpensively and with the flexibility that comes from using the internet.

SIP Trunks

This service compliments or replaces your existing analogue or ISDN lines connecting to your existing telephone system. Unlike ISDN lines, they can be enabled immediately and provide the same functionality at a substantially lower cost. You can also have any geographic number to suit your business and an unlimited number of lines.

SIP Centrex

SIP Centrex provides standard phone system functionality without the requirement for a phone system. All the functionality you require plus upgrades and maintenance, are provided by HBT Communications. You can either have a handset on your desk, use 100% software, or both.

This is perfect for businesses that don't want a capital outlay for a telephony platform and is suitable for companies of all shapes and sizes; start ups, home workers, single site, multi site, etc.
